On the mat, but at a different pace

Starting this month you'll find Mat 4.1 on the timetable, the new mat class alongside the Pilates Matwork you already know. It's not a separate course: it's the second side of the Sala Corsi devoted to floor work, included in the same membership.

What's different from classic Matwork

The Pilates Matwork you know works at low intensity: breathing guided by the instructor, few repetitions per exercise, movement control at the heart of everything. Mat 4.1 takes some of those same exercises and brings them to a more dynamic, functional level: precise, progressive sequences that, class after class, link together into a flow. You work on strength, stability, mobility, flexibility and motor control all at once โ€” what improves is the quality of movement, not just strength.

It's accessible to everyone and stimulating for anyone: an intense, engaging class, with a new challenge every time.

When it's on

Mat 4.1 is in Sala A, twice a week:

  • Monday, 20:10 โ€“ 21:00
  • Wednesday, 18:20 โ€“ 19:10

Like all fitness classes, it's booked from the Athlon Club app starting three days ahead.

You'll find all the updated times on the timetable, and the full overview โ€” with a comparison of the two mat classes โ€” on the Pilates page.
