Forget bulk. Build strength that really counts
A brand-new program to develop strength in all its forms. LES MILLS Strength Development™ is designed for anyone who wants to build real strength, improve power and increase their athletic ability, thanks to a scientific, progressive approach to training with weights.
Every class is built on the fundamental principles of strength training: controlled, mindful movements, functional exercises, and specific core training.
Expect a real improvement in strength, power and overall fitness. It’s the perfect path if you want real results without getting “too big”: the focus is on performance and well-being, not on bulk. Ideal both if you’re just starting to lift weights and if you want to take your training to the next level.
A workout focused on developing strength, with structured exercises, technical progressions and adjusted loads to improve performance and control.
