Course Enrollment 2026/27

1. Open Junior and choose the child (if they’re not yet among your family members, tap Add a family member: first name, last name, date of birth and tax code, and the declaration that you are the parent or guardian).
2. You see directly the groups reserved for their age, with the spots still available: you can also filter them by day of the week. The group to choose is the one for their year of birth.
3. On the group you want, tap Enroll in this group. If there’s more than one child in the family who can enroll, the app asks you which one.
4. Costs: you see the payment plan (the first fee is proportional to the days left in the month), the first class and the end of the course. Enrollment always starts right away: you don’t choose the date.
5. Details and signature: check the details, read the contract, accept the consents and sign. For a minor, the contact details are the parent’s.
6. Payment: after signing, the app takes you to payment, where you enter the payment method (card or IBAN).

⚠️ Without an assigned payment method, the enrollment is canceled within 24 hours.

💡 The membership is monthly, with auto-renewal on day 1 of each month (point 4.11).

Joining fee: €50 one-off, for each membership activated — the second child pays it just like the first. It is the fee for activating a contract, and it is added to the first monthly fee. If you cancel and come back later, it must be paid again (point 3.1).

Pro rata for the opening and closing months: for September (start 14/09) and June (end 20/06) the amount charged is proportional to the actual days of attendance.

Calculation: monthly fee ÷ 30 × actual days

• The instructor is assigned after the courses start
• Progress can be seen in the app, in the Junior section → the child → Badges
• At the end of the season: official diploma after the June badge session

Before the activity begins, it is mandatory to hand in a copy of the Medical Certificate of fitness for non-competitive sports, uploading it in the app under Home → Certificate (no longer by email). Only children up to 5 years of age are exempt. If this does not happen, the personal access card will be suspended until the Member sends the required Medical Certificate.

Our Amateur Sports Club is affiliated with ASI (Associazioni Sportive e Sociali Italiane). To attend our Sports Courses as a user, you must hold an ASI Card as an Athlete. At the time of enrollment we will check for it in the ASI database; if there is none, we will automatically issue a new ASI registration (Type B), including personal accident insurance cover. For a different type, write to desk@athlonroma.it before activation.

During the year, photos or videos may be taken. The official announcement will be published at least 10 days in advance on www.athlonroma.it. Point 2000 is not the controller of the photographic data, which is managed independently by the appointed photography studio (controller under the GDPR). The files will be kept for a maximum of 90 days. Users can exercise their rights of access, objection or erasure directly with the photography studio. Taking part in the events implies tacit consent, unless a written objection is made in advance.

From 14 September 2026 to 20 June 2027. Class length: 40’ in the Vasca Piccola, 50’ in the Vasca Grande. The courses are structured according to the different ages and teaching levels. Students are divided on the basis of homogeneity of age and technical level. The Technical Department reserves the right to change the assigned teacher according to different teaching needs.

Access to the changing rooms is allowed only from 10 minutes before the start time. Accompanying adults of children over 8 years of age are strictly forbidden from entering the changing rooms. For children up to 8 years of age, only one accompanying adult is allowed in, who is responsible for supervising the minor for the whole time spent at the center. Any damage caused to the Club’s facilities or property will be charged to the person responsible, including accompanying adults.

Missed classes can be made up provided that the absence is notified in advance by canceling the booking in the app, in the Junior section. This is the only way to enable a make-up class. Make-up classes can only be taken with an active membership and payments up to date, by the end of the course.

The badge test is free and takes place in the last month of the course. During the year there may be interim assessments to standardize teaching and evaluate progress.

During the season it will be possible to take part in ASI circuit Swimming Races, at our facility or at others in the Municipality of Rome. Participation is optional and paid.

In case of illness or injury with documented unfitness for at least 60 consecutive days, you can request a freeze by sending a medical certificate (public or private facility) to desk@athlonroma.it. The freeze runs from the date the documentation is received.

The freeze is an alternative to make-up classes (point 4.7): the two mechanisms cannot be combined. During the freeze the monthly payment remains due. The make-up will be in the form of a credit equal to at least 2 monthly fees paid, usable within 6 months of the end of the course. The credit is not transferable.

Monthly plan renewing on day 1 of each month. To cancel, send an email to disdetta@athlonroma.it within 10 days of the next cycle (= 240 hours before midnight on day 1).

In case of cancellation and later enrollment, a new joining fee will have to be paid.

From 14 September 2026 to 20 June 2027.

Before starting, it is mandatory to hand the Coach an original copy of the Medical Certificate of fitness for COMPETITIVE / NON-COMPETITIVE sports (ask the coach which type is required).

All athletes will be registered with ASI (or another EPS relevant to the chosen competitive activity), with accident insurance included pursuant to art. 51 of Law 289/2002 and art. 4, para. 205 of Law 350/2003. The cost is included in the fee paid.

The fee includes all ASI circuit races (excluding any Meets) and the Water Polo championship.

It is mandatory to wear the official team Kit. The kit is bought from the app’s Shop.

Training times and venue are set out in the competitive/pre-competitive program sheet. Any change is at the discretion of the Technical Manager.

Same procedure as point 4.10: documented unfitness for at least 60 days, medical certificate to desk@athlonroma.it. During the freeze the monthly payment remains due. Credit equal to at least 2 monthly fees, usable within 6 months of the end of the course. Not transferable.

Same terms as point 4.11. Cancellation to disdetta@athlonroma.it within 10 days of the next cycle.

Missed classes cannot be made up in the competitive/pre-competitive/water polo section.
