How to request a group change for Scuola Nuoto Bambini courses from the app (Junior section, request approved by the front desk), and what changes if the frequency changes too.

📌 This is the route for the Scuola Nuoto Bambini, where the group is fixed. It has nothing to do with the adults’ “Change membership”.

Group change (same frequency)

Possible for the same frequency: once-a-week for once-a-week, twice-a-week for twice-a-week.

How to request a group change
  1. Open the Junior section (Home → Junior card) and choose the enrolled child.
  2. Go to Change schedule: you only see groups of the same type, in the age band of the group the child is enrolled in and with a free spot. The band is the group’s, not the year of birth: if the front desk placed the child in a group of another band, the change (and the make-up classes) stay in that band.
  3. Choose the group you want. Before you send the request, you are shown how it works: read it and confirm.
What happens next
  • The request is not automatic: the front desk checks it and approves or rejects it.
  • Only after approval does the child change group, from the first available class after the date you are given. Until then they stay in their current group.
  • You receive the outcome by email.
  • Changing group within the same type does not cost a new fee.

Request a change only if strictly necessary: for children, continuity in learning matters. To talk it over you can also book a phone call with the Technical Director.

Frequency change (from 1 to 2 times/week or vice versa)

⚠️ Valid only for monthly memberships. Switching to twice a week is requested in the app; switching to once a week goes through cancellation and a new enrollment.

How to switch to twice a week
  1. Open the Junior section, choose the child and go to Change schedule.
  2. Tap Switch to twice a week: the twice-a-week groups in the age band of the child’s group with a free spot appear.
  3. Choose the group and send the request.
  4. The front desk checks it and replies by email with the procedure to follow for the membership change. Until then the child stays in their current group.

✅ No new joining fee is required: the contract is not canceled and redone.

From twice a week to once a week

How to switch to once a week

Here the current contract cannot be reduced: it has to be closed and redone.

  1. Cancel the membership from the Junior section, within the 10 days notice period: the contract stays valid until the end of the month.
  2. On day 1 of the following month, sign the new once-a-week enrollment from the same Junior section.

⏳ The enrollment starts from when you do it, not from a chosen date: that is why the new one cannot be signed earlier, and the right day is the first of the new month.

You will need to pay a new joining fee, and the conditions in force at that time apply.

The request for the junior courses has reached the front desk. Your email is already registered with the club, so you don't need a new account: you log in to the Athlon Club app with your email, no password.

  1. Log in to the app with this email and open the Junior section.
  2. Choose the child: you'll see the groups with spots available for their year of birth.
  3. Tap Enroll in this group and complete the signature and payment.

Monthly membership

The spot is kept for them every week.

  1. In the app, open the Junior section and choose the child.
  2. Tap Activate the monthly membership and complete the signature and payment.

Single class

Booked and paid for one at a time.

  1. In the child's page, in the Junior section, open the Baby Nuoto calendar.
  2. Choose the class and pay.

Your child isn't in your profile yet?

  1. Log in to the Athlon Club app and open the Junior section.
  2. Tap Add a family member and fill in their details.
  3. Confirm: your child appears in the Junior section, ready to be enrolled.

How to enroll is in your email. To place them in the right group, we need a word with whoever looks after them.

Your assistance request is at the front desk with your profile attached, so no one will ask you for your details again. A person will reply, usually by the next working day.

Placement trial

For which course?

The trial is an assessment in the water, during a real training session. Choose the group: the years of birth help you recognize it.

Answer honestly: the trial is done together with the group, and a level different from the group's doesn't take twenty minutes to show in the water — it shows right away.

Swimming school first

Better to start from the course.

To join this group you need all the technical skills of the required level: it's the level the group already trains at, and anyone who starts further behind spends the season catching up instead of having fun.

Scuola Nuoto Bambini is exactly the place to reach that level — groups by age, an assigned instructor and progress you can check — and moving on from there to competitive swimming is something we do every year.
