1. Under “Upcoming course classes”, find the class the child will miss.
2. Tap Cancel and confirm.

You can cancel up to 1 hour before the class starts. Classes are shown up to the end of the contract; in mid-month, when the contract renews, the following month’s classes appear too.

1. Still on the child’s page, tap Book a make-up.
2. The make-up class calendar opens: choose the class, in the child’s age band, and book.

You can book from 3 days before and cancel up to 1 hour before the start.

On the child’s page you’ll find three numbers: Canceled (the classes you canceled), Made up (those already made up) and To make up (those you can still book, with the date by which to use them). If a make-up class has expired, you’ll see it marked.

If the child’s contract has an overdue, unpaid fee, that month’s classes are not shown and cannot be canceled: a box says so and shows how many there are. It unlocks when you pay the fee from the Payments section of the Home (highlighted you’ll find “Due”); after a few minutes the classes can be canceled again.

The make-up class is for those who really missed the class in their own group: it books a different class, on another day in the same age band. It is not a way to go back to the class you just canceled — there is no way to undo the cancellation or to rebook the same group on the same day yourself.

If you canceled by mistake and want to try to get back in, write to the team from the virtual assistant (the button at the top right), stating the day, time and child’s name: we check whether there is still a spot and put it back ourselves.

No: there is no waiting list for make-up classes. The app marks a full make-up class “Full” and doesn’t let you book it or join a queue.

You choose another day or another time among those in the child’s age band that still have space. Spots change quickly: if someone cancels, the make-up class can be booked again, and you see it when you reopen the section. Nobody gets a notification when a spot frees up.

• A make-up class can only be booked with an active membership and payments up to date
• If the contract is canceled, make-up classes are lost
• Make-up classes cannot be booked after the course ends: the season ends on 20 June and they do not carry over to the next year
• There are no make-up classes during badge week

Requests outside the deadlines are assessed case by case and are not a right. If you have a reason, write to the team from the virtual assistant, stating the missed class and the group in which you’d like to make it up: we check whether there is any room.
