What is Body Sculpt
Body Sculpt is a complete circuit workout, designed to sculpt, strengthen and rebalance the body effectively and sustainably. This discipline combines bodyweight exercises with targeted use of barbells, steps and dumbbells, working every muscle group in a single session.
The goal of Body Sculpt is to improve posture, coordination and aerobic capacity, through progressive work that increases muscle tone and movement control. It’s the ideal workout for anyone who wants a harmonious, strong and well-defined body, and to find balance and physical well-being again.
Sportswear and suitable shoes, a personal towel and water.
Medical certificate
Always required
Certificate of fitness for non-competitive sport, to be submitted within the first two weeks. It's also required for a single class: it's a legal requirement.
Yes. The classes are open to all levels and the instructor offers the version that suits you: if it's your first time, or if you have a physical issue to keep in mind, tell them at the start of the class — that's what they need to know.
Yes, the certificate of fitness for non-competitive sport: it must state that you have had an electrocardiogram (ECG) at least once in your life, and it can be issued by your GP, a sports doctor or a doctor of the Federazione Medico Sportiva Italiana. You upload it from the app, in Home → Certificate: it is no longer sent by email, and no paper copy is needed. You need it even if you book and pay for a single class: it's a legal requirement, not a condition of the membership.
Yes: it's included in the Premium membership, at no extra cost. Alternatively you can book and pay for a single class, with no joining fee.
In Talenti, in North Rome, at Via Ugo Ojetti 134 — handy from Montesacro, Bufalotta and Porta di Roma.
From the Athlon Club app (on your phone or in the browser, at app.athlonroma.it), starting 3 days before the class (72 hours), and booking stays open until the class starts: you can book even at the last minute, there's no advance cutoff. Spots are limited — up to 3 active bookings at a time for Corsi Fitness, Aqua Fitness and Scuola Nuoto Adulti, 1 for Group Reformer — and if a class is full you can join the waiting list: if someone cancels, you take their place in order of arrival. The waiting list is for bookings only: it doesn't exist for enrolling in a group of the children's courses, see its FAQ.
You can cancel up to 1 hour before the start for group classes and 2 hours before for one-on-one sessions: that margin gives people on the waiting list time to be notified and take your place. After that deadline you can no longer cancel, not even through the front desk. If you had bought a single class and you cancel in time, the access you had bought is credited back to you (this applies to any single class, of any activity) — the product, not the amount: you don't get a refund or a credit in euros — and you use it for a new booking within 30 days of the date you bought it. A single class is valid for 30 days from purchase, and canceling doesn't extend the expiry: it doesn't restart from today or from the day you canceled. When you book again, the app doesn't ask you to buy it again: that's how you can see the credit is there.
Sportswear and suitable shoes, a personal towel and water.
Yes, with the Guest Pass Premium: 7 days with access to the whole club for €19. It's reserved for those who haven't had an Athlon membership or Guest Pass in the last 3 years. If a member sends it to you as an invitation, you have 30 days to activate it from when you receive the invitation. Alternatively you can book and pay for a single class, with no joining fee — but this applies to adult single entries. It only covers adult activities: it doesn't include children's courses or personal training. For a children's course that also sells single classes — like Baby Nuoto — the trial is booking and paying for that class, not the Guest Pass: there, the contractual joining fee of €50 one-time is paid anyway, even on the single class. Request the Guest Pass.
In a minute you'll get the Guest Pass link from desk@athlonroma.it, at . If you had already started, it's the same link as before, with what you had already done.
In the link, choose who to activate it for, you or a child aged 13 to 17, and see right away who can have it. Then complete your details, choose the start day and how to pay. You have 30 days to activate it.
Can't find it? Check your spam folder too.

Choose when: a quarter of an hour, and we'll call you.
The trial is an assessment in the water, during a real training session. Choose the group: the years of birth help you recognize it.
Answer honestly: the trial is done together with the group, and a level different from the group's doesn't take twenty minutes to show in the water — it shows right away.
Swimming school first
Better to start from the course.
To join this group you need all the technical skills of the required level: it's the level the group already trains at, and anyone who starts further behind spends the season catching up instead of having fun.
Scuola Nuoto Bambini is exactly the place to reach that level — groups by age, an assigned instructor and progress you can check — and moving on from there to competitive swimming is something we do every year.
