Yoga: grounding and stability
Saturday 19 September 2026 ยท 16:30
With the return to routine and the change of season it's easy to feel scattered, or overwhelmed by rhythms that all speed up at once. To build a present mind you start from the ground up: giving the body roots.
It's the first event in the series โThe 10 Pillars of Balanceโ, led by Emanuela Cardoni, our trainer specialized in holistic disciplines. This session is entirely dedicated to Muladhara, the first chakra: the center of stability, security and connection with the earth.
What we do in fifty minutes
- Feet and posture โ exercises to awaken sensitivity in the soles of the feet and improve alignment.
- Standing asanas and grounding โ a sequence to strengthen the legs, activate the center and regain physical and mental balance.
- Pranayama and centering โ breathing techniques to calm the mind and release built-up tension.
Who it's for
For all levels: whether you're taking your first steps in yoga or already practice and want to go deeper with a specific focus.
Who leads it
Emanuela Cardoni is a yoga teacher with 350 hours of training and an anatomical-functional approach, a dance therapist and an artistic-expressive counselor. She is also a nurse specialized in healthcare professions coordination, with training in natural medicine and complementary therapies: that's where her way of teaching comes from, bringing together anatomical precision and work on breathing and emotions. She also leads prenatal and postnatal yoga programs.
