🏊 Optional participation · €8 fee per race · Minimum level A3

During the season there are the races of the Trofeo Athlon, our circuit of three races in the Athlon pool (see the Trofeo rules), and the races of the ASI circuit, also at other facilities in Rome. Participation is optional and there is an entry fee of €8 per race.

Who can take part is decided by the Technical Department, based on the level reached: minimum level A3, already obtained. If your child is interested, talk to the instructor or book a phone appointment with the Technical Department.

For the competitive section, the ASI circuit races are included in the fee, excluding any meets (point 6.4 of the rules).

Placement trial

For which course?

The trial is an assessment in the water, during a real training session. Choose the group: the years of birth help you recognize it.

Answer honestly: the trial is done together with the group, and a level different from the group's doesn't take twenty minutes to show in the water — it shows right away.

Swimming school first

Better to start from the course.

To join this group you need all the technical skills of the required level: it's the level the group already trains at, and anyone who starts further behind spends the season catching up instead of having fun.

Scuola Nuoto Bambini is exactly the place to reach that level — groups by age, an assigned instructor and progress you can check — and moving on from there to competitive swimming is something we do every year.
