Invite a friend: Guest Pass and voucher
Applies between adult members, for adult activities: how to generate the pass for a one-week trial, by when it must be activated, and what you get if your friend joins.
Chat with usIt’s a perk between adult members, and it applies only to adult activities — it doesn’t cover enrolling a child in Scuola Nuoto, Baby Nuoto, Nuoto Agonistico or Pallanuoto.
The pass is generated from the app, on the Home screen → the “Train with a friend” card → Invite a friend, or from athlonroma.it/referral: enter the email you’re registered with and your friend’s, and the system sends them the invitation. There’s no path in the website menu that leads here — no “Services” section, no “Invite your friends” item to look for: the only way to get there is this address, directly.
How it works
- You generate the invitation from the referral page
- Your friend receives the email with the pass
- They activate the trial week whenever they like, within 30 days of receiving it
- If they then join, you get a €50 voucher — and there’ll be a perk for them too if they join before the pass expires and start the membership the next day, with no gap between the trial and the first month
Who you can invite
The pass is the first week for someone who doesn’t know the club yet: the person you invite mustn’t have a current membership, and mustn’t have already had a Guest Pass or an Athlon membership in the last 3 years. Anyone who has already been here once can’t receive another one.
The page checks the inviting member’s active membership while you fill it in; the rest is verified by the front desk before activating the pass.

Sorry! We can’t find an active membership
Why it appears
It doesn’t mean your membership isn’t active. It means the email you entered isn’t the one on your account: an address different from the registered one is enough — your work one instead of your personal one, an alias, a domain typed by hand — and the system can’t find a match.

The right address is the one you use to log in to the Athlon Club app. If you don’t remember which one it is, you can find it in the app, in your Profile.
