Where to find things in the app

📱 Everything is in the Athlon Club app, with your email: on your phone or in your browser, at app.athlonroma.it

How to log in. The app is called Athlon Club on the App Store and Google Play; in your browser it opens at app.athlonroma.it. You log in with your email: you receive a code, and there’s no password to remember. It’s the same account on your phone and on your computer, and things work the same way.

The map

At the bottom there are the tabs Home, Bookings, Athlon Health System, TV and Club Life. Almost everything about you and your account is on the Home screen, in a row of sections: Memberships, Payments, Products, Documents, Certificate, Family, Profile (and ASI card, only if someone in your family has an active card).

Good to know before you search

I have family members on my account: why can’t I see my child’s membership?

Because each membership is in one person’s name, and their name appears in the row. You see the adults in your family in Memberships, while children enrolled in pool courses have their own section, Junior: from there you choose the child and find their membership, classes, make-up classes and payments.

Family members who belong to the club appear in Family. To add a child under 18 you use Junior → Add a family member.

Can you buy things from the club? Swim cap, swimsuit, merchandise

Yes, from the app: tap the Shop card on the Home screen. There you see what’s available at that moment and pay for it online; you pick up the order at the front desk, during the club’s opening hours, and there’s no shipping.

The Shop list is the one that counts: it changes over time, so the question “do you have X?” is answered in there and not on a page of this website.

The team kits for competitive swimming and water polo are a different thing: they’re team kits, and delivery and size changes go through the coach or a designated person. The conditions are in the FAQs of the two courses.

I did something but I’m not sure it was registered

There’s a page listing where to check, operation by operation: how do I check that a request went through.

I can’t find what I’m looking for

Tap Virtual assistant, at the top right, and write what you’re looking for: it tells you where it is and takes you to the right place in the app. It doesn’t book or pay for you: you do that yourself, confirming on the right screen.

Your profile exists.

The request for the junior courses has reached the front desk. Your email is already registered with the club, so you don't need a new account: you log in to the Athlon Club app with your email, no password.

  1. Log in to the app with this email and open the Junior section.
  2. Choose the child: you'll see the groups with spots available for their year of birth.
  3. Tap Enroll in this group and complete the signature and payment.

Monthly membership

The spot is kept for them every week.

  1. In the app, open the Junior section and choose the child.
  2. Tap Activate the monthly membership and complete the signature and payment.

Single class

Booked and paid for one at a time.

  1. In the child's page, in the Junior section, open the Baby Nuoto calendar.
  2. Choose the class and pay.

Your child isn't in your profile yet?

  1. Log in to the Athlon Club app and open the Junior section.
  2. Tap Add a family member and fill in their details.
  3. Confirm: your child appears in the Junior section, ready to be enrolled.

We've emailed you how to enroll in Baby Nuoto. The rest — pool, times, who goes in the water with them — is best explained in a conversation.

How to enroll is in your email. To place them in the right group, we need a word with whoever looks after them.

Your assistance request is at the front desk with your profile attached, so no one will ask you for your details again. A person will reply, usually by the next working day.

Placement trial

For which course?

The trial is an assessment in the water, during a real training session. Choose the group: the years of birth help you recognize it.

Answer honestly: the trial is done together with the group, and a level different from the group's doesn't take twenty minutes to show in the water — it shows right away.

Swimming school first

Better to start from the course.

To join this group you need all the technical skills of the required level: it's the level the group already trains at, and anyone who starts further behind spends the season catching up instead of having fun.

Scuola Nuoto Bambini is exactly the place to reach that level — groups by age, an assigned instructor and progress you can check — and moving on from there to competitive swimming is something we do every year.
